It’s a well known fact that the entire Scooby Doo gang are card carrying memebers of NORML. The real animation hot topic is the Homoerotic subtext between Patrick & Spoonge-Bob Squarepants – Those too are totally queer for each other! Well, Velma is too smart to have killed her brain cells with pot. And Scooby? He’s a dog for god’s sake! Like he’s gonna roll up a fatty in the back of the mystery machine. Fred and Daphnee are too busy with each other to smoke weed. And then there’s Shaggy. Shaggy might have the “munchies”, he might act like he’s high…but for god’s sake…it’s a children’s t.v. show! No, they were not, nor will they ever be, pot heads. Period!
Hmmm? Maybe it was something stronger then… LSD! It was the 60′s after all… Timothy Leary and all that jazz
