Not much really…Except that AA is all welcoming to ANYBODY as the Church tends to put unseen “conditions”.
Anybody can walk into an AA meeting and feel welcome…They have a common cause.. Quit drinking. By using a “higher power” of your understanding…
It doesn’t matter. Drunk, Gay, Convict, desperate, sinner, stinky, atheist, All are welcome from the start and are asked to “keep coming back”
Do chuch’s do this…. Nope.
AA is 6 million and growing because you literally “come as you are… And it’s all in Unity.
