The helmet of salvation is talked about in the bible. Just what is that anyways…See as it is written:
Ephesians 6:16-18

In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can
extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet
of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,
praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication.

What is the helmet of Salvation? Can you take it off? Can you throw it away? My helmet insures me that I am in the Kingdom and totally forgiven. Past present and future.
