This is what was recorded in the Book of John. That Jesus is the ONLY way. This is a bold claim for somebody to make. No other religious teacher made such bold claims.
John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Who is Jesus?
- Is he a liar?
- Is he Insane?
- Is he who he claims to be?
I have heard that this is the only 3 choices… Liar, Loony or Lord. That’s pretty funny little analogy there huh? But it does make since.
I do believe he is who he said he was – The son of God. I still don’t grasp all of the implications of that but as I search my heart I believe it’s true.
What happens if you don’t “believe” this? Like so many don’t… That is a question for another day. A day of Fire and Brimstone? I dunno…
But then Isaiah prophesied in the OT.
By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear.
