Can you dig some Pepsi? Well, you ever heard that the “Mormon’s” own Pepsi Cola? So… When you throwing back that red white and blue can your probably buying a bunch of bicycles. And those cat’s MUST get thirsty rolling from door to door.
Hey, the Mormons need you to drink up to spread the gospel (is it the gospel?) of Joseph smith. Well, isn’t he the one that came up with it? He probably LOVED Pepsi.
I’m a Coke guy myself.
What can I say? That’s my mom’s fave. She always had it around when I was growing up. She would scold me tho if she caught me in the kitchen sneakin’ a sip. It’s OK … She usually had me plenty of bottles of kool-aide for me to drink when I was ridding arond on my Big Wheel.
I’m getting used to Pepsi now….The dudes at my job won’t buy any Coke for our vending box. So it’s all good…. Ride on.. You disciples of Mr Smith. Drop on by and let’s have a little spirtual banter… I LOVE it 🙂
“Christianity will go. It will vanish and shrink. I needn’t argue with that; I’m right and I will be proved right. We’re more popular than Jesus now; I don’t know which will go first – rock ‘n’ roll or Christianity. Jesus was all right but his disciples were thick and ordinary. It’s them twisting it that ruins it for me.”
Oh my… What are we gonna do about this? We got a problem folks.
Looks like this deal brought a lot of attention to Jesus actually. I was wondering if they are more popular than Jesus right now? Those cat’s are still very popular. Their fan’s (followers?) are pehaps more closely followed than Jesus’s.
One day a emergent Christian leader posted “The Beatles had it right” on his facebook page wall. What was he talking about? I dunno. My guess is he was referring to their message of love and peace.
Hey… I dig the Beatles, and I dig Jesus. Can’t we all just get along?
Lennon said he didn’t know which would go first. Rock and roll or Christianity. But, they are both here to stay. Ya know?
I have been blogging since 2003 when blogger first opened and I heard about this new “wave” coming across the Internet. Then I heard about how you can make money blogging. I thought. What the heck? As I studied this further I heard of a guy making “six figures”
Of course I jumped right on in there and started this (and other) blogs.
Now there seems to be TONS of blogs that “teach” you how to become a “professional” blogger. The most famous would be Problogger.com. He comes up right away if you do a search for “blogging” He’s a full time blogger making over $100,000 per year.
Who can argue with success?
I went straight out to a bookstore and slapped down the $30.00 for his book. I learned a few things.. Implemented many of these suggestions on this and another site. I had a lot of fun (like I am now) but only earned about $50.00 and it’s a lot of work, so I slowed down on the blogging and pursued other, uh… Hobbies. (I’ll let you use your imagination)
Now there are 100’s of sites teaching many of the same things that are on the problogger website and book. They all kinda teach the same things. Examples:
Use a “professional” theme (or one that looks like it)
Always be focused on a “niche”
Yea, yea…Whatever… All these sites are basically writing the same thing. How to “build a better blog” and make money with it. They are called the “A” list. And I have learned a lot from them. I have posted a comment here and there on their sites… No reply.. Why would they want to talk to a guy that’s just writing complete nonsense anyways? Ya know… (worthless opinions)
Then there’s this cat named “Griz” He has a totally different view of how to make money online. He is kinda radical and tends to bag on the “A” list dudes. He has a free blogger site up and claims he can now work a few hours a week and then play golf the rest of the time.
I enjoy following his blog but he doesn’t post much… He’s out on the golf course… You dig?
Now, in my search again, I came across a bloke who explains how it’s REALLY done. On his blog he reveals 3 secrets to a popular blog. Hey now, I can dig it. I have kinda tried #3 for awhile. (It’s one of Griz’s methods) But I don’t want to work as hard as he did.. I just want to post wacky stuff in my “niche” – Opinion. And like everybody… I got an opinion on EVERYTHING.
When ya look at the TV or browse the internet you see all kinds of celebrity’s they all seem to be beautiful people. Just take a look at them. They are all about being pretty.
Why is this? How come when you watch your daily soaps you don’t see some average people out there… Ya know, like it is in real life?
I was watching Grey’s Anatomy the other night. Checking out all those beautiful doctors. It sure would be cool to go to that hospital.. Don’t ya know it?
But then again, with all that sex that’s goin’ on in the back room of the hospital I may be afraid to let them cut on me. Come on?? How focused can they be with all the drama?
If I ever make it on a TV show Id probably just be an “extra”… One of the average people 🙂
