Well I decided to give the hip opinion a new look… I thought about it while I took a walk around the block for some much needed exercise and while I was staring at the moon.
So, while I was staring at the moon (it’s 89% full) I came up with the idea that the site was getting kinda tired and I wanted to give it a bit of a facelift.
Not that the site is any better.. I just installed a new theme that I found that supports the ad’s and make’s it easy to install them. Look how pretty those links are! You should visit one!!!
The whole process took about 20 minutes to complete. The only thing that is bothering me is that for some reason the code for making the text bold or initialized (etc) does not seem to be working…This could be a problem with the theme… See! This sentence is supposed to be BOLD!
Wassup?
Talk a walk and stare at the moon… At 89% full you can get all kinds of inspiration! 🙂 Of course it helps that there are tons of free themes out there for this content management software… Pretty geeky lingo huh?

So when you call some kind of business be it a doctor office or utility company you always get a computer. …Push one for sales, push 2 for service, push three if you want to make and opponent.
To speak to a customer service representative push ZERO…
Well that’s a hard one huh? I may want to do any and all of these things. What I want to do is tell a PERSON about it. Not push buttons all day and then go on hold waiting to talk to a real person anyways…
So check it out.. The “system” will ask you to “enter your phone number” enter your name and ask other questions.. THEN…When the real person comes on to help you they ask for the very same information that you just told the machine system.. WASSUP?
OK… Push one for English.. Two for ….. French?

I was reading the Tulsa World‘s website the other day. It was talking about a guy that got stabbed several times in his apartment complex. It was a violent crime. It happened in a poor neighborhood. There are lots of minorities there and crime and stuff.
Incredibly the guy survived thanks to the efforts of the ambulance staff and emergency room at the hospital. He was in critical condition but they stabilized him. It appears he’s going to be OK.
What I found interesting however was the comments that people were leaving under the story. Of course that’s what this site is all about… Opinions. Fortunately I own this site and can write a whole article myself about opinions that I see elswhere… The search engines can find it and my opinion will stand out bigger than those that get posted on a newspaper site… You dig?
The comment that caught my attention said:
Who’s going to pay his medical bill?
That was all it said.
Well, isn’t that the question of the day? I mean, he lives there right? He MUST be a criminal. You know… one of “those” people and obviously doesn’t have any money or insurance.
So what would you suggest? I’m sure he was up to no good… They should just let him go on and bleed to death huh? Why should US taxpayers pay for something he probably deserved anyways right?
Do me a favor hipsters… If I ever say anything that cold and rediculous on this site, please spam and hack the hell out of this domain until it completely crashes…

Wow isn’t that the question? How do ya know if your in love? Let’s think about this a bit… Ever heard the statement:
I love you, but I’m not IN love with you?
So what’s the difference?
There seems to be some different kinds of love floating around. Agape love which would be unconditional love. And then there’s the falling in love with your mate… Of course this would certainly have conditions right?
Now isn’t it just as easy to fall OUT of love as it is to fall IN love? It has to be right? That’s why there are so many divorces and such. That just seems to be the sign of the times.
You could say I been in a few relationships (understatement) and I can say I have loved them all…But was I IN love? Gee… I guess I’ll never never know..
But there’s always next time around in the love experiences of life. They happen everyday. All that love poetry!
On my next post I am going to consider good looks, lust, and love. Ya’ll come back now ya hear?

Free music marketing. When you do a search for “free Music” or “free music downloads you don’t get any “free music” It’s all about radio. Last FM consistantly comes up #1 on in a google search… That is internet radio. Then it’s GrooveShark, Pandora Radio ETC.
These systems look and seem to work pretty good. But my goal is to get MY music heard. You know, little ole ME.
Not that the music I have done with different bands is any good or anything. But I’d like to get noticed anyhow… You dig? Heck, I wanna record contract and make millions of dollar too…. What garage band musician doesn’t?
Using basic make money online for beginners methods taught by this Grizz guy who I was introduced to by another blogger who teaches passive online income I have started a SEO campagn to try to drive traffic to my free music site.
To get “Free Music” hi on the search engine rankings could prove to be a impossible task. But what’s a mediocra song writer supposed to do? Except sing for a rock and roll band? I just gotta take on the challenge.
I’ll fill all you loyal Hip Opinion readers in later about how it’s going and let you look at the projects I have put together to try to get this agenda going.

Well look here. Conservative Christian Movies! My brother, the movie reviewing guy he is has started a new blog..Gee.. Looks like he was keeping it a secret from me. Now that I know he is blogging again I, of course, subscribed.
I always enjoy reading movie reviews from ANYBODY. But my brother’s christian conservative slant makes it that much more viable to study a movie. Is the movie really doing anybody good? Or simply pushing the boundaries as so many filmmakers and TV show makers do these days. We just got to show more to SHOCK people.
My bro has been reviewing movies and music for as long as I can remember. He is a prolific writer… If I could just convince him to move away from that typewriter, or 1980 word processor he uses and actually get a new computer and write for the web I do believe he could be a voice to be reckoned with.
Studying popular culture…Especially movies with consistent conservative christian (but not preachy) style of writing would do much good for the net. The internet needs good writers that deserve exposure. And I can always appreciate what he has to say…
